This is locked down for a bit because some turd person or adbot keeps posting advertisements on here and it is a pain to ban all of the ip's as well as delete all of the posts. If this persists, the public section may end up being removed.

upgrading to the new phpbb solved this with the visual confirmation settings that I so fervently sought out before. I will apply them and get the forum back up again to guest posting ability. Peace.
